Job Description:

Clark County & Belmont Loop RV Park are looking for dynamic, guest experience-focused, on-site specialists. The right candidates must understand the dynamics of balancing compliance and safety with exceptional guest experiences. Open to Workamper.

Responsibilities:

Essential duties include:

• Guest check-in/out
• Park compliance
• Guest concerns and incident responses
• Vendor relationships and accountability
• Reporting and partnership with corporate office
• Partnership with maintenance
• Create consistent documentation
• Concierge style customer service
• Clear and effective communication with guests, visitors, peers, leadership, and vendors.
• Assist with basic housekeeping

Preferred Qualifications:

The right candidates will enjoy being part of an energetic team, exceeding guest expectations, and provide a high level of hospitality with a keen attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and written
• 3 years customer service experience (hospitality a plus)
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Experience in property management preferred

SCHEDULE:

Tuesday-Saturday 8-4:30

Guest Specialist would be managing 2 different locations with alternating days.

Clark County Fairgrounds in Ridgefield, WA

Belmont Loop RV Park in Woodland, WA
